OF BROKEN MYTHS AND BECOMING DAWN explores moments of detachments.The exhibition move through cycles of myth and memory, tracing the patterns we inherted and the ones we choose to break.
It gathered moments of detachment:
- A tea house where there are rules of who we are allowed to be.
- A hand reaching toward a solitary puzzle.
- A quiet death of a manta arranged to be mourned.
- A lineage of women, three generations held in tension: what we inherit, what we lose, and the distances that grow when each of us chooses freedom in our own way.
- And a quiet confession of a doppelgänger.
