By purchasing an artwork, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All works are part of an ongoing artistic practice. Products are in limited quantities and may evolve over time.


2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

2.1 Original Artworks

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.

Due to their nature:
  • availability is limited
  • variations and imperfections are part of the work


2.2 Art Prints

Occasionally, a limited number of art prints may be made available for individual purchase.

These are:
  • limited editions
  • not guaranteed to be restocked
  • sold on a first-come basis


3. SHIPPING POLICY

3.1 Delivery

Original Watercolour Art

  • Free UK & International shipping via standard postal service

Original Canvas Art

Larger works (including canvas paintings) are shipped rolled and un-stretched in protective tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Due to their size and handling requirements:
  • UK shipping is included
  • International shipping is calculated at checkout and charged separately

Please note:
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors.

3.2 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

We cannot guarantee replacement for items lost due to incorrect addresses.

3.3 Lost or Damaged Items

If your order:
  • arrives damaged
  • or does not arrive

Please contact within 7 days of expected delivery.

We may offer a replacement at our discretion.

4. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

4.1 General Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of the work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

4.2 Exceptions

In cases of:
  • damaged items
  • confirmed lost shipments

We may provide:
  • one-time replacement (if available)
  • or alternative resolution upon discussion
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks remain the intellectual property of JINGYI.

Purchasing a print or artwork:
  • does not transfer copyright
  • does not permit reproduction or commercial use

6. PRODUCT VARIATION

As an artist-led process:
  • prints may vary slightly
  • colours may differ due to printing and screen differences
  • content evolves as part of an ongoing body of work

7. PRIVACY POLICY
